National Probate Calendar
30 August 1858. The Will of Thomas Addison Deakin late of Adbaston in the County of Stafford Gentleman deceased who died 9 April 1858 at Adbaston aforesaid was proved at Lichfield by the oath of Fanny Deakin of Eccleshall in the same County Widow the Mother and the Executrix for Life. Effects under 2000 pounds. This Grant ceased and expired, another probate passed at Lichfield April 1859.

The Will of Thomas Addison Deakin late of Adbaston in the County of Stafford Gentleman deceased 9 April 1858 at Adbaston aforesaid was proved at Lichfield by the oaths of Frederic Warner Tunnicliff of Biana in the Parish of Eccleshall in the said County Gentleman and John Garmeson of 133 Tottenham Court-road London Mercer and draper two of the Executors substituted in the said Will. The Probate granted at Lichfield August 1858 having ceased and expired. Effects under 2000 pounds. [Since his mother the executrix died between these two probates she seems to have been unable to complete the process.]
