In the April to June 1861 birth index Mercy Beckinsale, Witney district, volume 3a page 609. [Mercy was might have been listed as Amelia V. Beckinsale in the 1861 census, as she was 3 weeks old. There was an Amelia Beckinsale in the same district also born in 1861 to another family, so may they switched the name after the census?. Also Amelia V. never shows up again in the records.]
