The wedding was solemnized at St. John’s Church, Great Easton, on Wednesday, of Mr.
Raymond Smith, of Little Waltham, with Miss
Beatrix Violet de Vere Capel, daughter of the late Rev. H. B. Capel, and Mrs. Capel, of Great Easton. The bridegroom is the popular Essex Cricketer, and he is now a member of the Special Constabulary.
