BRIDEGROOM FROM NEWFOUNDLAND The marriage of Miss Elsie Harper to Captain Charles Keelinge Homer took place at St. Agnes Church, Moseley, Birmingham, on Saturday. Miss Elsie Harper is the only daughter of Mr. J- E. Harper, of Pineapple Road, King's Heath. A keen and enthusiastic amateur actress, she is honorary secretary of the Camp Hill Old Edwardians Dramatic Section, and until recently was assistant secretary of the Birmingham Amateur Dramatic Federation. Captain Homer is a Newfoundland man whom Miss Harper met while on holiday in that province two years ago.
