June 14 1881 marriage dissolved (divorce) by the petition of Joseph Woods against Emma Woods and John Warner. Emma claimed she was abandoned and she did not commit adultery. Joseph Woods claimed he was not the father of the three children and he did not abandon her. John Warner claimed he did not know Emma was a married woman.
[Note all 3 of the children were baptised with the last name Woods, but a middle name of Warner.]
