Notes for Edward Cotterell:
Gerard Molyneux managed to track down one of the missing diaries of William Phillipps which is in the Senate House Library, in which he writes as well as many other entries 'On Sunday Dec/ber ye 17th 1758 about six in the evening my dear brother in law Mr. Edward Cotterell departed this life'.
Edward's Will confirms he died between signing it on 4th October 1756 and it being proved on 5th April 1759
