Conductor Found - Dead Beside Track KAMLOOPS BC. George H Simpson, 60, Canadian Pacific Railway freight conductor . was found dead on the railway track about a mile from Kamloops today. An inquest will be held Monday afternoon. It is thought Simpson tried to swing aboard the train as it started up while he was walking toward the engine to Investigate an unexpected stop. His widow lives here.
