OBITUARIES
June Taylor Southern Loved mother, grandmother, sister and friend returned to her Heavenly Home, Saturday. December 18, 1999. Peace at last. She will be missed, but never forgotten.
Born June 16, 1914 to. Mahonri M. and Cora Platt Taylor, In Salt Lake City, UT. Married Joseph M. Southern, March 15, 1940.
Later divorced. Survived by children: Doug Southern, Joseph and Corllee Southern, John and Carmen Southern, Sharon and Art Farnsworth, 20 grandchildren, five great grandchildren; brother, Benjamin and Ruth Taylor; sister, Beth Coolican. Preceded in death by parents, brothers, Norton and Douglas Taylor, sisters, Elaine Taylor, Francis Spencer, Norma Devenish and granddaughter, Mistylee Farnsworth. Retired Auerbach's Dept. Store, Credit UnIon manager.
Mom enjoyed acting and directing theatrical productions. Served faithfully in many organizations in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Mom has been reunited with those that she longed to see. Mom and Grandma, You will forever be in out hearts and memory. We love you! Services will be held Wednesday, December 22, 1999, at 12 noon, at Russon Brothers Mortuary, 255 South 200 East, Salt Lake City, UT.
