Eleanor, daughter of William Gibbons of Ettingshall, parish Sedgley county Stafford
by Ann his wife (daughter of Edward Homer and Elizabeth Homer of Ettingshall)
and wife of William Keelinge of the Lodge, Sedgley.
Born 9th and baptised 22 November 1660
married 29th May 1684
Buried 8 May 1732

From a collection of portraits assemled by Gertrude Deakin. These were circulated to other family members in 1937.

Lely was the dominant court painter in England at that time. He died in 1680.
Therefore, this would have been painted before she was married and before she was 20 years old.
