Daniel Corrie Walker would have been awarded the Indian Mutiny Medal with clasp, presumably the same clasp shown on this medal, for his service throughout the Rajputana Campaign during the Indian mutiny 1858-9. He was present at the capture of Fort Alma and siege of Kotah.
