This may seem a stretch but I think this is a possibility.
England Select marriages
Marriage date November 21, 1786 Lanbury Worcestershire John Bickerton and Catharine Dews.
Why I think this is a possibility is as follows.
1) This is a transcription and the transciber may have had difficulty deciphering the hand writing. I can’t find a Lanbury, however Hanbury is about 3 to 4 miles from Upton Warren.
2) Dews could possibly a transcription of Dunn
3) The marriage date is about 1 year before the birth of their child Mary. So it is feasible.
National Burials index indicates Catherine Bickerton, February 6, 1816 , St. Michael, Upton Warren, Worcestershire.

[In an original record - no location given - the father is refered to as a yeoman]
Note there is a significant difference in ages between John Bickerton and Catherine Dunn, about 27 years. I think it is possible or even likely John was married previously. There is a marriage in Upton Warren on February 10 1766 between John Bickerton and Sarah Butcher. Later, in Upton Warren there is a burial for Sarah Bickerton the wife of John Bickerton on May 26 1781. This would fit with John’s (second?) marriage in about 1786 to Catherine Dunn.
