John Thomas born Jan 22nd 1871. Fell asleep at the residence of his sister Edith Jane Jewell 63 Royal Park Avenue Hyde Park Leeds. April 7th 1902. Laid to rest with his brother Albert Edward at East Keswick Church and there lie sleeping R.I.P.
