Was imprisioned in the Tower of London at about the same time as her husband and father-in-law were executed. She was freed about a year and a half later in 1328. She was imprisoned again in 1330.

has been called Earl of Gloucester by some writers but The Complete Peerage vol.V,p715 makes it clear he was not. The Complete Peerage vol.IV.pp.267-271.
Accused of widespread criminality.
After a trial he was gruesomely executed in front of a crowd while Queen Isabella and her lover Roger Mortimer looked on and feasted.
