The Partnership heretofore subsisting between Theophilus Hearsey the elder, Theophilus Hearsey the younger, and Joseph Uppom Beszant, as Orange-Merchants, in Botolph-Lane, London, under the firm of Hearsey, Son and Beszant, was this day dissolved by mutual consent. - The business will in future be carried on by the said Theophilus Hearsey the elder and Theophilus Hearsey the younger alone, under the firm of Theophilus Hearsey and Son, who will pay and receive all debts owing from and to the late firm: As witness our hands this 10th day of October 1821.
