I’m not sure about this Mary Ann Daniels/Carson/Blagborough is the wife of the John Blakeborough in our family tree.
Reasons
1) The marriage is a few months after the baptism of John and Mary’s oldest child Frances. However this does happen.
2) John’s wife wife Mary is said to be 33 when she dies. This Mary would then be about 13 when the first marriage takes place. However perhaps this age is incorrect. A Mary Ann Daniel was baptised in Manchester on March 8 1801.
3) John’s profession is given as picker maker in all other records, yet for this marriage its given as merchant. However he may have manufactured pickers and sold them thus making him a merchant as well.
