In the Name of God Amen I John Stagg of the Parish of St. Dunstan Stepney and County of Middlesex being in ???? health? and of Sound and Disposing Mind and memory and considering? the Perils & Dangers of ye Seas and other uncertaintys of this Transitory Life (Doe for avoiding controversiers after my decease) make publish and declare this my Last Will and Testement in manner following (That is to say) First I recomend my soul to God that gave it and my Body I commit to the Earth or Sea as it shall please God to Order and as for and concerning all my Worldly Estate I Give Bequeth and Dispose ????? as followeth That is to say all such ????
(Wages Summ and Summs of Money Land Tenements Goods Chattels and Estate whatsoever as shall be any ways be owing or belonging to ??? ??? ???? >>>> Give Devise and bequeth the same unto my Dearly beloved Wife

And I doe hereby Nominate and appoint my beloved Wife as ??? Sole Executrix of this my Last Will and Testement hereby Revoking all former and other Wills Testements and Deeds of Gift by me at any time heretofor made and I doe ordain and Ratify these presents to stand and be for and as my Only Last Will and Testement
In Wittness Thereof to this my said Will I have set my hand and seal the ffourth day of July Anno Dom 1735 and in the Ninth Year of the Reign of his Majesty King George the Second over Great Britain etc.
