NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands against the estate of John Bickerton Deakin, of Tettenhall Wood, in the county of Stafford, Esq., deceased (who died on the 29th day of September, 1879, and whose will, with a codicil thereto, was proved in the District Registry of the Probate Division of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice, at Lichfield, on the 14th day of November, 1879, by Elizabeth Sarah Deakin, of Tettenhall Wood, in the county of Stafford, Widow, the lawful widow and relict of the deceased and sole executrix named in his said will), etc.

Death of an Old Solicitor
On Sunday, Mr. John Bickerton Deakin, residing at Tettenhall Wood, of the firm Deakin and Dent, solicitors, died rather suddenly, having been taken ill only the previous night. The deceased gentleman was sixty-seven years of age, and had been upon the roll of attorneys since 1834.
